Tour Report:
Allows you to view by time and/or date where a specific security guard has been during their patrol.
Use the tour report for:
• personnel evaluations and training
Exception Report:
Allows you to view by time and/or date what wasn't completed during the security officer's patrol.
Use the exception report for:
• personnel evaluations and training
• identification of frequently missed checkpoints, out of sequence incidents, etc...
Personnel Evaluation:
Allows you to examine a guard's performance during a specific period of time. Discover how many tours were completed, how fast or slow and more.
Use the personnel report for:
• personnel evaluations
• setting reasonable and maintainable goals
Incident Report:
Allows you to view by time and date what incidents have occurred during specific tours.
Use the incident report for:
• identifying problem spots and times for vandalism and other events
Chip IDs Report:
Allows you to view by time and date any activity on a specific chip location.
Use the chip ID report for:
• identifying problem spots and times for vandalism and other events
Supervisor Report:
This report is primarily for contract security guard companies. It allows you to view by client location when a supervisor has been to that specific client.
Raw Data Report:
This report allows you to view all the data collected in its' 'raw format' i.e. time, date, type of checkpoint etc.
